The perfect opportunity presented itself to Svenskhomes with a plot of land in the heart of Ipswich allowing us the chance to showcase our building system on a prestigious property of 3,315ft² (308m²) incorporating 5 double bedrooms, 2 en-suite and a large extra first floor living room with vaulted ceiling and full height windows maximising views across the rear gardens.
Kildonan
Our head office received a call from a client who was looking to replace an old gamekeepers lodge on the Kildonan estate in Scotland. In a stroke of luck it turned out that our very own Trevor Walshe knew the area well as he had holidayed in Brora for many years. He even knew the exact property and the logistical challenges that came with it, so it became apparent we were the only company for the job!

Svenskhomes first met Colin and Brenda at a variety of trade shows and at an open day at our showhome. They were looking to build a highly energy efficient house with zero running costs without the cost and expense of building a certified Passivhaus.
