Svenskhomes Flexibility – We can do as much or as little as you want us to!

A Striking roofline by Svenskhomes on a property delivered in Wattisham with the use of glulam beams. It is now becoming common knowledge that off-site construction is the perfect method of construction and with the Svenskhomes closed panel timber frame being erected with windows and doors pre-installed allowed the property to be weather proofed with the roof covering, gutter and façade complete in a matter of weeks, leaving the internal fit out to be completed totally un-interrupted over the winter months!

Svenskhomes flexibility is proving to be the perfect solution for the self-builder as we can carry out as much or as little of the build depending on the client’s requirements. With the main considerations in the construction of a new home taken care off with structural calculations and the main construction of the closed panel timber frame superstructure dealt with, the self-builder can then manage the build process with local contractors to complete their build.

This method of construction is quickly becoming the standard solution for clients, with the windows, doors, sliding doors, insulation, vapour barrier, breather paper, internal and external battens all pre-fitted in the factory environment, this leaves the final fit out easily managed to completion by the self-builder.
