Svenskhomes continues to build its own developments across Suffolk, having come across the perfect plot in Elmswell, Suffolk. This half-acre site allowed us to build two generously proportioned 2,034ft² (189m²) luxury properties, resisting the possibility of cramming in more properties thus compromising space.
When Paul and Diane approached Svenskhomes they were quite adamant that they wanted to have the least amount of involvement in their new build with full project management undertaken. After just one meeting in our offices, they had decided that we were the company to supply them with the new energy efficient, off-the-grid home of their dreams.
A client and his architects approached Svenskhomes to assist on a scheme to supply a highly energy efficient pavilion project comprising of a self-contained studio and gymnasium. This was a complex scheme with numerous site access issues and performance requirements. The remit was to deliver an energy efficient building that would feature large scale glazing, which would combine both modern and traditional building methods, to create a unique pavilion that would sympathetically echo the aesthetic of the existing house.
