Viruses – Whilst every effort is made to ensure e-mails, or any attachments, sent via our mail gateway are virus free, and we use regularly updated virus protection systems for this purpose, there can be occasions where detecting a virus is not within our control. The Company therefore cannot accept any liability or responsibility whatsoever in the event that emails are infected and it is recommended that all recipients use their own virus scanning procedures, before opening any email.

Company E-mails

If an e-mail is clearly intended to originate from and in the name of the company, it will state, in the body of the e-mail, or signed off from “Svenskhomes Developments Ltd“. In this event the information included in this e-mail may be confidential and is intended only for the addressee. Access to this email by anyone else is unauthorised. If you are not the addressee, any disclosure, copying or distribution or any action taken or omitted to be taken in reliance on it, by you is prohibited and may be unlawful. Disclosure to any party other than the addressee, whether inadvertent or otherwise is not intended to waive privilege or confidentiality. If you are the addressee the contents of this e-mail is intended for your use only, it may not be forwarded to any third party, without first obtaining written authorisation from the Company Secretary.

Personal E-mails

Where an e-mail has not been signed off from “Svenskhomes Developments Ltd” it is personal and is not authorised or sent on behalf of, nor does it create any legal relations in respect of the sender’s employer or any other party. The e-mail is the sole responsibility of the sender personally.
